Return & Exchange Policy – WIFI PALACE SECURITY SYSTEMS TRADING L.L.C

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in original packaging with receipt.

  • Installed, used, configured, or activated CCTV and security products are not eligible for return.

  • Defective products confirmed by our inspection may be repaired, exchanged, or replaced as per warranty terms.

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, power issues, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Customer is responsible for return delivery/collection charges.
